Originally searching for a local sales staff, we decided to instead create a more streamlined business process for the founder that would allow him to automate as much of his workload as possible so that he could focus on expanding their territory without a sales staff overhead. This was a strategic move that allowed them to keep their expenses low while still achieving the results they wanted in a timely manner.
